The Mission: Human Resource Volunteers (HRV) is an impactful organization dedicated to guiding individuals in their professional development, offering HR advice, and connecting talents to life-changing career opportunities.

Our Role: Hinkaku Ltd stepped in to completely reimagine HRV's brand footprint. We stripped away visual noise to deliver a deeply intentional, premium visual identity and a fully remastered website UI that positions them as a trusted, authoritative, yet profoundly human leader in the HR space.

The Creative Challenge: Balancing Authority with Empathy

HR Volunteers came to us with a powerful mission: providing top-tier HR consulting, job connections, and career mentorship. However, their legacy brand assets did not match the scale of their impact.

The old visual identity relied on aggressive red gradients and heavy circular motifs, making prolonged reading tiring and failing to capture the calm, authoritative trust required for career-shaping conversations. Our goal was to design a brand that says: we deeply understand this industry, and we approach it with profound human care.

The Core Identity: A Symbol of Connection

We redesigned the logo from the ground up, moving away from glossy effects toward clean, minimalist symbolism.

- Geometry: Four unified arc shapes representing moving individuals.
- Interaction: The arcs lean toward one another, forming a dialogue bubble.
- Negative Space: The center reveals a head where humanity and conversation meet.

This new logomark serves as a visual metaphor for HRV's core work—consulting, exchanging ideas, and building a supportive community for professional growth.

Crafting the Color & Typography Systems

A Deep, Grounded Palette

We replaced the high-energy #FF1717 red with a refined, highly intentional primary crimson:

  • 🟥Grounded Crimson (#BA1F33) — A warm, authoritative tone that speaks of action and confidence without visual aggression.
  • 🌸 Soft Blush Accent (#FEF2F2) — Providing balanced, accessible contrast for modern digital reading.

Dual-Type System

  • Nostalgic Whispers (Serif): Reserved exclusively for headlines and key editorial accents. It brings character, structure, and a sense of lived experience to the brand voice
  • Urbanist (Sans-serif): Used for all body text, buttons, and user interface labels. It is modern, clean, and highly readable.

Rule of thumb: "Nostalgic Whispers sets the tone; Urbanist carries the message."

The Remastered Web Interface

Our website redesign was built to make digital career exploration feel encouraging rather than stressful. Focusing heavily on clean white space, high-contrast layouts, and intuitive information hierarchy, we restructured how candidates and partner organizations interact online.

  1. A Clear "Who We Are" Entrance: Giving users immediate clarity on HRV's core values: proximity, expertise, and conviction-driven volunteering.
  2. Resource Hub & Job Portal: A structured, highly legible layout using Urbanist to help users find HR advice, job postings, and training resources effortlessly.
  3. Clean Interaction Pathways: Bold, clear call-to-actions wrapped in our new crimson palette (#BA1F33) that guide users smoothly toward consultation or signup forms.

Bringing the Brand to Life (Collateral Design)

A brand is more than a digital screen; it must live in the real world. We designed a cohesive ecosystem of physical collateral to ensure HRV commands presence at events and in offices:

  • Business Cards: Sleek, high-contrast layouts designed to make a memorable impression in professional networking spaces.
